He wants to be a doctor when he grows up.  He lives with his brothers, his grandmother and mother. His father abandoned him and he wasn't able to attend school last year because of lack of resources. His mother and grandmother wash clothes to earn money.

William lives in Cristo Rey, Nicaragua, one of the poorest countries and communities in Central America. A population of about 13,000 families living on $2 a day. The main occupation of Cristo Rey is trash collecting.
